I had the opportunity of harvesting more asparagus so I had to make another short video right away. Here is the recipe for the dish I referred to that I found on Pinterest. I had to do it from memory becos I had trouble getting to the original recipe. I’m kinda new to Pinterest, so I may have been doing something in error, I’m not sure. Anyway, the ingredients for this Pasta Asparagus recipe are rice noodles, sliced asparagus, toasted sesame seed, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder. Prepare noodles then set aside. Stir fry the asparagus to the degree of tenderness that you prefer in the olive oil, season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Add the noodles to the mixture and sprinkle with sesame seeds. I used way more noodles than asparagus as you can see in my photo, but I will adjust it next time.

WOW that asparagus is huge! I’ve never seen anything like that here! I can’t wait to try this.. sounds soooo yummy..
I know, right Pam? I had never seen anything that size before either! Oooo and it tasted so good! I hope you enjoy the dish as much as I do! 🙂
This sounds quick and simple and taisty. Just the way I like it. I’m going to have to try it.
Yea, I like quick, simple and tasty too – I think that’s why this caught my eye. One of my daughters wondered if she could add meat to it and I said Sure! Maybe a little shrimp or chicken or ebi 🙂 Then it could be a meal-in-one!
That is HUGE!! LOL But that dish looks amazingly yummy!
lol Teresa 🙂 If you like noodles and you like asparagus, this is perfect – so easy and so simple 🙂
I bet a few slices of avocado would taste great on this too!
I think any healthy tweak a person could think of would work too!
Yum! I LOVE asparagus! Thanks for sharing this info. I’ve never harvested my own!
If you ever get a chance to harvest your own, do it! You won’t be sorry 🙂
