I’m in the middle of my annual working conference at the moment, so this Thankful Thursday post will be short and sweet.

1.  My dizzy spells have subsided and I haven’t had any ‘episodes’ of anxiety while being here two hours from home.  I thank God becos I did not want to have something happen and be rushed to the hospital or something like that while away from home.  I’m starting to think this stuff has happened becos of a lot of stress that I’m not used to…coming at me ALL at once.  At least I hope that’s it.  One by one the issues are being resolved and that has helped a lot.  I hope to find out at the doc’s next week.

2.  This is my third work conference and I think the best one yet.  #bestconferenceever #itc15 The speakers are great, the food pretty awesome and the workshops enjoyable and educational.  I still prefer sleeping in my own bed of course, so the lack of sleep has been a downside even tho the hotel I’m in is great.  And I’m just co-dependent enough that I really miss Mister!

3.  My workout of choice this week has been walking.  I did a couple #powerwalks with Kathy Smith before leaving for conference, but since being here, we’ve had a lot of walking going on so that is what I’m counting as my workout for the week.   As far as my eating…I’ve done my best to make wise healthy choices with what I am presented with and I believe I’ve done a good job.  I’ve passed on desserts but I did indulge a few of these flaming smore shots at a pre-conference reception.  They were totally decadent 🙂
