I’m just practicing making videos – this time I wanted to go short – so this one is just under two minutes. Yay! lol You might laugh, but this isn’t the most comfortable task in all of this so give me a little break. haha This is about me harvesting wild asparagus – a treat! The tie-in to fitness is that fresh vegetables are way more healthful eating for me and can only do my body good. I can also count this as additional fitness (I still do my dvd workout at home) becos I get to walk in the fresh air and ‘garden’ at the same time. After you watch this, you will have to agree with me that these wild asparagus are just plain GREAT!
