Today’s Thankful Thursday finds me happy that it’s in the 40’s, the snow is melting and the sun is shining. WOOHOO! I worked most of the week so this will be a quickie; I’m pooped.
1. This week went flying by. I believe becos I had to work my two jobs – 4 days of work, 1 off, then 4 more of work. That’s when I start considering giving up my part time job…
2. Traveler tidbit of the week: So a guy who refused to sign the guest book comes in and immediately starts talking about a news article that “was on tv lastnite” and his girlfriend had read about too. It was about a guy who killed the boyfriend of a girl he liked…in a city in our state. He goes on and on and I ask him when it happened. His answer? 2 years ago. What the heck? I guess he was bored and wanted to warm up in the Center before driving some more.
On the Fitness and Nutrition Front
3. I’ve been pretty good with my 30-day challenge of doing at least 10 minutes a day of exercise…especially on the days that I work. I only missed a couple times. My 10 minutes when I do it at work have been power walking, calisthenics and core moves in the back room. When I wait to get home and exercise after work, I’ve done Rockin’ Body Hard Core Abs. On my day off yesterday I wanted something different so I did Focus T25 Cardio. Today I did a 30 minute power walk and RevAbs Power Intervals for strength training. I hadn’t worked with Brett Hoebel for a while so he kicked my butt!!

Liked reading your ten minutes a day exercise and weather and work update. We haven’t had snow yet. Usually get it in Feb.
I’m trying to be a good example, but am not perfect 🙁 But I’m glad you are liking what I’m posting 🙂 Our winter has been pretty mild so I’m not complaining too much about the weather (at least I’m trying not to lol). I hope you don’t have a crazy bad February. #crossmyfingers
