I’m a happy Thankful Thursday poster today! Why? Cos I have a week off from work and getting quite a bit done catching up to home tasks/projects. How’s your week going?
1. I’ll start off with my traveler tidbit: Stoney came in for some information and signed the guestbook. When he got to the column titled ‘# in party’, he entered the number 1 then made a sad face and said, “I’m only a party of one. That’s sad. You wanna come to my party?”. lol
2. I’ve been decluttering and packing the last few days off and will continue till I go back to work. But tomorrow I’m taking the afternoon off that project and meeting my youngest daughter for lunch and pick up my award that I bid on at our conference last month. lol
On the Fitness and Nutrition Front
3. I’ve worked out daily since being off work. Should have 7 of them under my belt by the time I go back to work on Tuesday. I’m doing a variety of workouts to mix things up a bit…Turbo Fire, power walking, Brazil Butt Lift, Les Mills Combat, ChaLEAN Extreme, Focus T25 and CIZE. 🙂
4. I made one of my favorite filipino dishes this week – Pork and Peas (not sure if I posted this already in the last couple years, but here it is). I don’t use one of the ingredients in my Gramma’s recipe but it still tastes pretty good, albeit ‘americanized’ lol
