I was very pleased when I weighed in for my protein cleanse this morning.  I was 1.5 pounds down. WOOHOO! 🙂

Weight and BFP:  130 pounds, 30%.

I walked for 30 minutes on our gravel road again for my low key workout and was not hungry or tired.  This is what I ate and drank:  1 cup of green tea, water, Tropical Shakeology, mandarin cutie, Greenberry Shakeology, baked tilapia and my favorite salad with lettuce added and  sunflower seeds/bacon bits  omitted.  Altho it doesn’t seem like I ate much, this protein cleanse is filled with a lot of protein in the shakes.

Day 2 in the books and I’m feeling a bit lighter already 🙂  This Shakeology Cleanse really works!
