I made it through the short 3 days of cleaning out my system and here are my protein cleanse results.  Just a note to reiterate that the protein-packed Shakeology shakes kept me from feeling hungry  and I did not feel tired during my 3 days on the cleanse.  I was able to do low impact workouts and actually felt like I could have done more during Days 1 & 2 as I have done in the past.  I am already planning to do that on my next cleanse 🙂

My final Weight and BFP per scale:  128 pounds, 28%

Ending Measurements in inches:

Bust:  35
Chest:  30.5
Waist:  29
Belly Button:  31.5
Hips:  38
Under Butt: 36
Left Thigh:  19.5
Right Thigh: 20
Arms (flexed):  12.25
Arms (unflexed): 12

That’s a loss of 3.5 pounds and 3.5 inches in 3 days and goal accomplished – I broke my plateau!

    Pretty good results in only 3 days. I am going to do a cleanse once I am done with Insanity. Too hard to workout at that intensity and do a cleanse at the same time. I would never attempt it right now but will in the future! Thanks for sharing!
